I was most nervous about how I would feel in front of her camera half naked. However, after the first look I felt so comfortable in my own skin and she made me feel like my most beautiful self. Hands down my favorite part was after I had nothing on and was underneath THE WHITE SHEETS! You have a way of making people feel comfortable in their most venerable moment and that is something special.

The fast-paced poses and getting to see a couple of pictures in the middle of the session. It was so exciting and confidence building to see even a small glimpse on the camera. Plus the kindness and hype from Sonia and Courtney was so fun!

I feel wonderful about the session we had. Due to the nature of the shoot (myself being a breast cancer warrior), I did not recognize myself in quite a few of the shots. Poses that I've normally made in other shoots did not come across in these shots... but that's okay because that's who I AM at this moment in time. Courtney and Christine did a wonderful job capturing this moment in my life, helping me see the beauty in my current look.
